Tryout Dates for the 2008 – 2009 Season
Monday, May 19th
Ages 5 and under from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Ages 11 and under from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Ages 12 - 14 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 20th
Ages 15 – 18 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 21st
Ages 5 and under from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Ages 11 and under from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Ages 12 - 14 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 22nd
Ages 15 – 18 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
All athletes must attend tryouts on both days that are assigned for their age group(for
example 12-14 yrs must attend on both Monday and Wednesday)
Age is based on how old you are as of May 31, 2008
Parents must be present to fill out a Registration/Medical Waiver Form.
You must bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate to registration. Tryout fee is
$25.00, payable by cash of check made payable to CC Champs. If you cannot attend
during the above dates or you need further information, please email us at
